How to remove the Ghost 'sign in' button

After setting up a Ghost blog, you get a "sign in" button on the front-end of the website by default. Luckily, it's very easy to remove this functionality.

If you're simply looking for a solution for your personal blog, you don't need all the bells and whistles like a user portal.

Go to your Ghost admin panel (by adding /ghost to the domain of your Ghost blog)
Go to Membership > Access
Change 'Subscription access' to 'Nobody'

Save the setting and all the "sign in" buttons will be removed from your site!
